A tweet-style caption reads: "if you've ever had to change out one of these just know i respect u and i hope u had a good day". Below it is a photo of a brown cardboard box labeled "5 Gallons" with a Coca-Cola label, the kind that holds soda fountain syrup. White text on a dark background: "is that ham processed? If it's processed I don't want it" Ma'am, that is an eleven pound whole slab of deli ham. It has no bones, fat, or connective tissue. Right panel, headed "User Needs", shows a cat peeking out of a plain open cardboard box. Credit in corner: "_yes_but". Infographic titled "ORGANIZING MODEL VS SERVICE MODEL" from The NewsGuild of New York, Local 31003, CWA. An intro paragraph says a democratic, member-led union is essential to a more vibrant, equitable media industry and rejects the "service model" in favor of organizing model principles. A two-column table compares the two models on attitude toward employer, grievance handling, bargaining, stewards, and bottomline. Black and white illustration of a city skyline at night. Two spotlights shine into the sky. The left one projects a black bat symbol. The right one projects the handwritten words: "no Worries if not!!" Two men in sunglasses stand outdoors in front of a white building, each holding a cardboard sign overhead. The younger man in a black jacket holds a sign reading "Don't deploy to production on fridays". The older man in a tan suit and green tie holds a sign reading "This Dude Gets It, Folks".
