Screenshot of a tweet from Grace Segers, @Grace_Segers, verified account, with a smiling woman with long red hair as the profile photo. The tweet reads: "Me, writing an email: I'm using an exclamation point so you know I'm friendly and excited! But now I'm using a period so that you know I'm not crazy. Here's another sentence with a period as a buffer, proving my normalness. Thanks so much!" Hand-lettered 3x3 chart titled "E-MAIL LIKE A BOSS @danidonovan". Each cell has a blue situation, a red X weak phrase, and a green check stronger phrase. 1: "I took a while but you can deal": X "Sorry for the delay", check "Thanks for your patience". Other cells follow similarly.
