Two corpses, floating face down in the water in 2005, have a discussion:

"Jesus can we impeach President Bush now? Al Qaeda must be psyched at his response to Katrina - the guy's looking like he couldn't handle the aftermath of a goddamn snowball fight."

"Forty-five percent of Americans still trust Bush 'to make the right decisions during a crisis.' I think I'll float over and present my counterargument."

"I'm already on my way!"

I personally scanned this comic from Get Your War On, by David Rees. This, published in the aftermath of George W. Bush's catastrophically incompetent response to Hurricane Katrina. One of the most acerbic political comic strip I've ever seen.
